I've used an inverta gym in the past for back & sciatica probs.
I reckon it helped me get over it.
3 f%^&in weeks later...not much better.
My wallet is a bit thinner though thanks to all the Specialist, Xrays, Mri scans and Osteo/Massuers etc...
I know....
Cheers,

Slipped disc.... been there..had that...not good
Are you walking ???
It's a long recovery if the sciatic nerves to your legs are affected but the body is resilient & you will get over it. The disc pops out & puts pressure on the sciatic nerves in some cases.
I've had two sciatica episodes, 3 months then 7 months, not nice at all.
Watch those physio's , they can make things worse !!!!!
I had 3 months off work the first time so be careful !!!!!!!!
Time is the essence for recovery from these injuries DJ
Doc Rev has spoken
I agree Rev re Physio etc.
I think it has been a waste.
I'm now going to just walk as much as possible for the next week.
Yep runs right down my left leg and I don't sit at all.
Walking seems to help.
I've been off 4 weeks by end of this week and want to be back next Monday.
The car kills me though.
I don't reckon it has improved much at all....
Walking is definitely the go on this one, as much as you can handle
The old cure they gave me first up was traction for 2 weeks in hospital.
Screw that, best to keep mobile whilst not aggravating it
I'm afraid that means the horizontal cha cha is out for you sunshine
