Greeny, IMO they're also a good guard but be aware that they dont appear to be "fine mesh" as mentioned earlier on. I have this type of corse mesh guard on another bike I have and it's worked well to date.

I've got rad guards , not fine mesh ,as I don't want to restrict the airflow, get's pretty hot in SA .Done Tathra Twice , no probs yet .

They fitted fine and so far no issues, been on about 20,000k now..

I have the fine mesh Warp speed's on mine and did not change operating temp with or without this is only my experience though.

When comuting the size of the mesh openings will only effect how often the fan cuts in and out. Under normal conditions you will not see a change in temp. Paul.

Ended up with the cox guards guys for $129 mainly because I was able to pick them up local,wanted the warp speed but a bit of mucking to pay for them and the cox guards have the fine mesh so they will do,thanks for the info guys//////dave
