For an 08-10 Gen 2, topping out each gear,
are these correct?

275
300?

Unless you've played with it ,it should only do 298 .

Mine hits the rev limiter i'n 1st a tiny bit before 135. Around 120-125

You could Flash the ECU limiter to 12,500 like some of us Coolsmiley don't now if top gear would wind out that far but Nerd secondly it wouldn't be real pretty if the motor let go at over 300 kph Scary

Interesting, the redline is 11,000rpm
figures quoted at 10,500rpm
somewhat conservative do you think?

Then you also have to factor the inaccuracy of the speedo!
When does the limiter cut in??

The taco also reads about 8 % over like the speedo

Wouldn't be pretty at 200kph if the motor let's go but what the hell.live life to the fullest!
The gixxers are geared way higher.165,207,242,282, in the 4 gears but also higher rpms.

6th gear is just an overdrive fuel saving device. lol

My turbo Gen 1 with 18/40 gears was bangin on the limiter (11,800rpm) at 280kph in 4th. (At my secret privately owned test track of course)

id guess my speedo is out on my gen 1, but i get just shy of 140 out of first
