Top Speed in each gear - FalcoPerigri - 03-10-2010
For an 08-10 Gen 2, topping out each gear,
are these correct?

Unless you've played with it ,it should only do 298 .

Mine hits the rev limiter i'n 1st a tiny bit before 135. Around 120-125

You could Flash the ECU limiter to 12,500 like some of us
don't now if top gear would wind out that far but 
secondly it wouldn't be real pretty if the motor let go at over 300 kph

Interesting, the redline is 11,000rpm
figures quoted at 10,500rpm

Then you also have to factor the inaccuracy of the speedo!
When does the limiter cut in??

The taco also reads about 8 % over like the speedo

The gixxers are geared way higher.165,207,242,282, in the 4 gears but also higher rpms.

My turbo Gen 1 with 18/40 gears was bangin on the limiter (11,800rpm) at 280kph in 4th. (At my secret privately owned test track of course)

And you're looking at your speedo at that speed in 1st ?
