he ended up getting a locksmith out. for 185 bucks he picked the lock and cut him a new key.

Don't lose . . .ahem, I mean, tell him not to lose this one the honda keys from years ago had a number on them, and only so many keys. I know because a mate and I had the same key. Number 113 from memory. he had a CB900F2(cokecan) and I had a CBX. At rallies, we both found that lots of bikes from the same era had the sme key. Now that's security!! I wonder if there are only so many Hayabusa key combinations? I don't want a pickle . . .

my busa key has a number on it, well on a tag on the keyring. his had one too but he never wrote it down.
i hadnt written mine down either. well until now anyway.
