time will tell and if their prices are great loyality will prevail.

personally i would think twice about someone who seems cranky because i want a friendly customer orientated approach.

if they are friendly i,m more inclined to purchase from them..

I,m not getting heated under the collar,i just asked for some consistency, not preference, just consistency, read the title of the thread. People are welcome to advertise their wares it just seems low brow when the very SAME product is encouraged to be sold against each vendor like a fish market auction. If this forum wants reputable suppliers contributing to the site, encouraging this practice will only see them dissappear, some already have because of this very reason. The powers at be on this forum need to decide is this a group buy,the cheapest prices always wins, pit vendors against each other forum? Or is it a social forum that has contributing vendors who can build a reputation for doing their best for the club on price and support.I would like to know is it one or the other?A foot in each camp gives a vote of no confidence to those who actually try and do their best for club members.I just want to be very clear on the ground rules here.No one HAS to buy anything from any vendor and is free to shop around if they find a cheaper price, a vendor would be most interested in where, so he can drive a harder bargain with his supplies to try and match it, or to help him to decide the product is too widely sold to be viable to sell.

Some time ago a "vendor" on this forum tried to blast me for purchasing stuff from overseas and not supporting the local supplier................Now that a local supplier is in the mix it seems that is not the case either!!!!!!.The word Monopoly seems to jump out and considering that there are no advertising fees on this forum it seems a bit rich that one trys to dictate to the admins how to run or manage this forum.Lets not forget that this vendor did all the right things to be here!!!!!What a joke!!!!! anyone with half a brain would have contacted the admins and discussed this quietly and not create a thread to shit stirr!!! This thread made me go and check what the other vendor has for sale, you actually gave this vendor exposure and indirectly advertised his wares!!!!!not smart!!!Idiot2

Yeh, Cheek does that Kawa.

(a ) she sticks her nose with people she does not know
(b ) she posts several times in the same thread to argue her point, hoping people will take sides (with her)
(c ) soon she'll be playing the innocent victim role... saying, "why are people having a go at me?" Idiot2

That's just what Cheeky does Roll

By the way Ray, that fuel tank I bought off ya, do I need to clean the insides or "seal" it, or is it ready to go?

Ray, did you sell Pan a plastic Jerry can from Supercheap with a Kanji sticker on it! Very Happy If so, Pan, you'll need a drill. a funnel, and a piece of garden hose Lol2

gee pan i was thinking the exact thing of you...

also this is an after thought as i have just got home from work.and i posted whilst at work...hmm norty of me..

if we were to go by pans rules.

we are not to post to/or about people we do not know...hmmm very flawed plan there pan.
there are hmmm over 1000 people here..how many did YOU know when you joined?

so via your ideals pan .we must only post with amongst ourselves?
so in all the 5 or more forums you belong to you never ever post?

please use your psycology on the crimms you deal with.not on everyday people.

however that said..
where in the club rules getting back to the thread are we to post so many posts as vendors before as vendors we can sell gear.?.

look quakker and glenn i have no probs with u guys.but as i have said before in a previous post yet is was over looked ...lordy...

competition can be benificial and make ppl take on a different perspective how to sell the gear.and re valuate your sale tactics...

and mostly loyalty will win..

but this has been a great excersize in free and extreme advertising..

u guys may get extra sales...

I think Volvi made his point very clear here.

This forum is not sponsored by any vendors and therefore vendors are treated as members. Nothing more and nothing less.
If a vendor wishes to ply his or her trade on the forum they do so in the vendors thread. No where else.

No vendor will ever be given favouritism over any other vendor regardless of how loyal they are to the club.

It seems pretty simple.

If a vendor chooses to assist the club in any way by offering group buys or providing prizes for cometitions that is simply a business choice and does not imply any favouritism from the administration or members in general.

I have attempted to make that as simple as possible.

The club does not encourage vendors to become members or seek sponsorship in any way. It has always and will always be totally voluntary.

This policy is the one that keeps our forum at a different level to most other bike forums.

Busgo who voted you back in as a moderator again?you dissapear in a huff and know your back telling people what they should or shouldnt do again??? who decided this and why wasnt it made public so people can have a say on who they are moderated by?

No one is ever voted as a moderator Glen. That has been explained to the forum in detail in the past.
I "withdrew" from the forum and as an admin for a rest and was unsure of my future with the club.
I received overwhelming support via PMs, Emails, phone and text messages to stay and do what I do.

I offered my resignation to Volvi and he left it up to me but encouraged me to stay.

I decided to stay.

This much I can tell you Ray and Glen, you dont do yourselves or your business any favours whatsoever by harping on with your bullshit and yes let there be no illusions Bullcrap, Bullshit. If you had an ounce of brains you would have shut up after it was made clear what the policy is, but no you cant have that right? ya got to play the victim card, your always being picked on right? so by all means keep it going. From a thread that had barely 35 views you have now expanded it to quite a few hundred I think. Well done boys, you have served your opposition better then anything he could have done or said. People will ask themselves if this is how you behave publicly to one and all, they will ask themselves whether they will want to deal with such individuals at all. Actually I cant frakkin believe your continued shyte that only damages yourselves and no one else. And no seeing you cant let this matter rest I wont close this topic and let your mouths reap whatever rewards you award yourselves.

And ppl stop picking on cheeky, shes entitled to post just as much as anyone else, bs or not. I havent seen any member picked on as much as with a couple of females here. Go pick on some guy your own size and see how you fare.

ermm I dont know if its a play on words your referring to cheeky, but Busgo is an admin of the forum, he elected to remain so. Technically speaking a Moderator can only moderate a particular sub section of category (as Louwai & big kev) whereas an Admin has admin privilidges across the board.

Furthermore I should clearly state that admins are not voted upon, they are appointed on merit. And right on this point there is no democracy and if you cry foul let me remind you that no one here has paid any form of membership and none will ever be called upon to. Voting for admins is a no no on any online forum its way open to abuse and vote gathering suiting particular agendas. Like it or not thats the way it is. Thats how this forum has survived 10 yrs whilst others failed. If agendas take control, the club will ultimately collapse. And tho having said that, yes I admit I have an agenda and only 1 agenda and that is to ensure its future for current and future members.
