Never been out to Silverton Maj but I know that there is a very popular rally called the Ghost Town rally there. Do you know what they do for accomodation?

Hey Ray, me and Shox went to the Ghost Town Rally 2 years ago, they dont hold it at Silverton now they hold it at Broken Hill race track. Accommodation was camping at the track or hotel if you wanted to stay in the town. They set up the stables as showers. There is plenty to see out there, the landscape is awesome but the roads are straight as a dice - no twisties! Come home with nice square tyres! Good time all round if you are into the outback.

Well I suppose for the busa club, Silverton and Broken Hill, may not be too popular for this event.
Probably worth a visit one day though.

Nah you'd be right Hutch, Braddo would know as his lovely lady Marrianne did about 8000k's i think behind the Busa on her 250 Ninja!!! it's all about the trip not always about the speed my friend...ride there together and even go two up on the local rides maybe??? but it would be great experience for your partner/Wife. either way hope to see you there mate.

Tathra is a nice spot. Last time i was at that hotel you could see a whale regular as clockwork.Pretty sure that pub had the sign "Free beer tomorrow " took me a couple of days of going back to figure that one out .
Hey QLD mob, you've been pretty quiet. Do you have any suggestions? Also some of the WA club appear to be bang up for it regardless, but if you have ideas, post them up. The more ideas the better, the decision isn't even close to being made without the poll.

Tathra sounds good but I didn't see anything wrong with Jindy
If the date goes to 28th Nov again I'am out my Daughter's 3rd birthday
got away with it last year can't miss this one.
" SO MANY TURKEYS IN THE WORLD ARE YOU ONE "
Yes, you are right, that time of year is a problem, its one we have every year with Jindy. You have to have it late enough that it isn't freezing and early enough so that you miss Christmas. There wasn't time to organise one in the first half of the year, so by putting up a poll, we are giving the members the oportunity to vote on which date they want. You'll note that we put in an early date in on the advice of BUSGO, so we are doing our best with a difficult situation.
