I've had a chat with CRUMPY, our man in Bathurst, and he recommends that we head for the Panthers Club in Bathurst for our Saturday night entertainment.
It is only about 1 k from the Motel and they have a courtesy bus.
If there is enough interest, I can see if we need to book a function room that fits up to 150.
So far we have about 20 members booked and another 10 showing interest but not booked in.
If there are not many more, we will just hit the club and mingle. If we continue to get more bookings over the next couple of weeks, I may see if we can reserve a room if the cost is not high.

Just to clear up a detail. Noone needs to pay in advance but all will need to pay either on arrival or departure.
