my easter project :)

A little frustrating, but with Jay's help we managed to get a full system on, didn't remove the pair valve system, left it alone - I checked 2Cute's as she has a full system with tri oval can & hers is still there & does not back fire

Good news is - even winding down from 9,800rpm - she didn't bubble or cackle at all after fitting the system. Engine rev's heaps free which I like & the sound she makes when cams come on are unreal :)

I came about the system from mybb as I found my micron cans had split & was in danger of falling off :( big IOU there but helping him out with something.... else so to speak.

anyway - pics!!!
oh - side note is that Jay reckons the bit more quite with it...but crisper.. instead of the twin pipes grumble :( makes me sad.
arthur dunga said you didn't have to take off the radiator to fit a new full system.... well true.. you don't. But you might as well. Had to loosen off the rad from oil cooler - no problem there. the bitch was we did have to drain the rad & disconnect the hoses. Not a huge issue but just to be sure we didn't damage anything.

Full system (Titanium) :) with RS3 stainless steel can. Polished up alright as well :)

It is so much different in the power delivery raz is stunned no baffle fitted so clean straight out.I just hope he dont hi side himself its a tad more responsive than he is used too.

yep - have to agree, I am really surprised by the difference of the bike now, its like a whole new animal when it comes to power delivery & they way it wants to take off.
So it will take some getting used to coz Jay is right, if I was to keep riding it the way I have been - with the extra power, I'll end up in trouble me thinks.

Looks great Raz, its really amazing how much a full system makes. When i put my system on it made it a far more ridable beast. Yes
