Port Mac is a nice spot too...

If you stayed at a place like Port Mac, or somewhere close you could do the Oxley Gloucester loop which would be a great days ride.

There's a decent caravan park at Lighthouse Beach, Port Macquarie, that is affordable yet quite nice. We can do dinners, outdoor BBQ's, swim in the pool, spa, etc... Plenty of parking for the bike too...
