I agree and accept the argument that the bike may have had a problem which came through whilst being tested on the dyno and as you say its preferable on the dyno than on the road. My bike has been through the dyno twice I belive in its life so far and have had no problem with that, but I ask myself after seeing it scream at top rev (well 'scream' you know what I mean) how often is ok, is there a point by which there maybe risks to the engine which outway the benefits? And I guess the word 'punish' goes more with the 'screams'. Screams LOL theres gotta be a better word than that.
