Back when I was living in fair Randwick and enjoying surfing Maroubra and drinking at the Coog (Coogee Bay Hotel), I had some kit stolen. The Balmain bacon found it for me, but Spec Ops Gp in Redfern were the ones on the case. So anyway, I got a ride in the backseat of the SOG unmarked car. The two SOG dudes were straight out of Hawaii 5-0, and I felt like Bart Simpson when he had the work experience with the cops in the Simpsons. The car? a mistubishi magna station wagon. These lads didn't give a rats about the speed limit either, unless they thought it was a minimum speed limit.
