A Way to Help Yourselves

I guess the problem is haemo, that there are so many cons around, people just get so skeptical.Ive seen the multi level marketing thing in various guises and a few of the other "i can make you a millionare" type things and am very suspicious when someone says "hey look at this thing, you cant go wrong".Im not saying the thing you are promoting is,but people tend to back off when they hear talk like that.
My wife and i nearly got sucked into a property investment type senario a few years back through a gentleman call Henry Kaye, does anybody remember him?You pay $13 grand for his course and he teaches you how to be a sucessful property investor, only problem was he was as dodgy as gyddys fuel pump. Luckily i have a friend who is learning to be a solicitor and i ran it buy him before commiting to anything.
Turns out this guy was under close scrutiny from asics and in the months to follow,he was taken to court and found out to have less than perfect business practises.
However there were quite a lot of people that did get into his scheme and did there hard earned $$$$$ cold.
As i said,im not saying that the thing you are promoting is,its just a case of once bitten twice shy!
