I am liking the open input guys but I was hoping the focus here would be more on ideas to help the forum than to rehash old and known ideals?

@Belzybo ... "Imitates" is a better representative than what I used but can you think of something that brings back the ebb and flow from what feels like an extinction?
I am sure we all see what's happening but I was hoping that this thread would be more about ideas of change rather than finger pointing and resignation.
