Brrrr. Cold start issue

I hadn't ridden for a 5 or 6 days and this morning early I started up and it ran for a couple of seconds then conked. Restart, conked out, finally on the third go it picked up reves and began to warm up. I thought these GenII smart bikes were supposed to always get it right, am I missing something? Is their an air temperature sensor I might have bumped the wire off on the airbox?

I run 98 and it always purrs like a kitten, 20,000k and 2 week old top of the range irridium plugs.

mine bike was doing that ,until the other week while going for a ride the bike just cut out ,would not start ,pulled tank off ,removed the fuel pump only to find the filter was full of fine muck ,looked like a used tea bag ,so maybe you may have the same problem....
