Protection?

The problem with buying a separate set of jacket and/or pants, its just too easy to only throw the jacket n boots on only. And the chances are, if you are wearing a good set of jacket n joining pants, chances are, when the shit really hits the fan, the top will part with the bottom & ya might end up snapping ya spine cause your back protectors useless cause its now around ya neck.
Be really careful if ya order like this as it will really piss you off if they don't fit & you have send back with same courier for replacement.
I like the Spidi, so maybe the next set.

Helmet, Gloves, Jeans, Jacket (mesh with armour), Steel toe cap boots.

Always remember the Honda 450 4, I was riding on a dirt road at 80 km, wearing a pair of shorts and a smile. (walked away from that).

There's bugger all difference in protection between jeans and shorts. First bounce and they're torn to bits.
Where I live there is bugger all traffic. In the hot weather I wear the minimum if I'm cruising and not hooning. But do cover up, more for sun protection than worrying about coming off.
If I'm planning on going hard, it's full leathers and armour - but still haven't even had a near off in the last 15 years. - Must be going soft!

its full leathers and a back protector these days, sure its hot when your stopped but its cooler when riding
