In the good ol days, before the DWD, when I went swimming every day, was quite often 38 deg C in the bell on the bottom in 220FSW in the Gulf Of Thailand. Was a bit warm if ya copped the job of bellman, but, ya get used to it. & in Ragheadsville was quite often 38 deg C on deck, & them 60FSW bellruns in Saudi, but ya get used to it.
Nothing to stop anyone from buying a full set of race leathers for the road, & hey, you can even get a set with holes in em everywhere. Their cool.
You'll usually find you'll get a lot more respect out of the Coppers when they pull you over & more of your speeding fines will reduced to 10 overs instead of loss of licence
