future looks grim?

Because of my line of work Ive been lucky to have ridden in lots of countries (I'm off to Vietnam this November for 2 weeks ride). Im always interested to see whats going on in other countries.
This is the latest list of requirements in European countries for British bike riders......

- GB sticker - no big deal (but I don't know where you'd put one on some sports bikes?)
- Headlight converter - no big deal, just a transparent film over the light to allow for Left hand drive traffic being dazzled.
- Warning Triangle - must be a pain in the arse.
- Hi Vis Jacket - no f*&^ing comment - 4 out of the 9 countries, now require it!
- First Aid kit - how big a kit, I wonder?
- Breathalyser - you must carry two of them - apparently more countries have this legislation coming in shortly for all bikes and cars ?

Dont know about front number plate requirements in European countries? (But latest figures show that 60% of the states in USA now require front number plates?!)
