Huge shortage in the subsea oil and gas industry at the moment.
Inpex are looking at spudding 80 subsea trees, which is unheard of in one hit- never been done before.
Approximately $20Million per tree, much like the ones in the link below.

GE Oil and Gas have secured the infrastructure and have poached a lot of guys from other OEM's (Aker Solutions, FMC and Cameron).
They are still chasing more people now, they'll start you on $120K/ year base rate and $410/ day offshore day rate on top of that which is not too bad for a new starter with their company.
However you do need offshore experience, preferably in Subsea or they wont bother.
