Front fairing cracks

Keep the pressure on the dealer that originally sold the bike. It is no skin off their nose when they make a claim. They get reimbursed the labour cost to replace the part. When I purchased my 1000 I noticed 2 small cracks in the lower fairing first time I washed it. Initially the dealer said that I must have cracked it. As it turned out someone had driven the tynes of a forklift through the packaging crate and just come in contact with the fairing. That 90 day stuff on the body work is horse shit. Don't back down and you will do alright, Paul.
