Front fairing cracks

Discovered about 2 months ago my 4 month old Bike had developed a small crack running laterally across the fairing just above the headlight - 40mm above the 'Suzuki ' sticker and about 50mm wide . Also two cracks of a similar length each side of the windscreen and just below the mirrors , these cracks run vertically, inline with the windscreen and in the same location each side , seems vibration is making the problem worse . The lateral crack is now 70mm wide and after I washed it today, and after an hour in the sun I pushed down on the crack and water started weeping out... damn

My local dealer sympathises but Head office Suzuki have so far declined any warranty claim saying I should have made the claim within 30 days of purchase ...
