To further add to the "ECU Confusion";
"99-2000 were one ecu, 2001 was another and 2002-07 another
crank rotor /trigger changed in 02 and wiring loom changed in 01
EG: to flash a 99 (usually a 02+ thing) you need to change the rotor, ecu and either repin the 99 loom to suit the different ecu pinout or put a 02 loom in
or a 01 needs the rotor and ecu but the loom is already correct"
