Get rid of the BTL assembly either by welding or buying the kit. Not expensive and makes all the difference to the clutch action. Smooth as. Interested too as I've put in the later model dust seal and noted it didn't really slip in all that tight, now I find the diameters are 3mm smaller on later models? Is the clutch master cylinder also smaller?
If not the throw must be greater on the later models as well?
Slightly higher hand effort but take up over a longer lever travel? <i></i>
