g'day bill u need to have low carbs hight protien around 60%protien 30% carbs 10% fat when your cutting up u need to stay away from rice-white bread-spuds-chips-ect-ect u need to eat more protien like egg whites-tuna-turky-kangaroo meat is 100% protien chicken breast.u need to pyramid build forget about bulking up at your weight u will never make your dead-line i hope this helped a little thanks chris.ps i did own my own gym for 4 years and have personal trained for 8
