Ask Suzuki for a written report stating EXACTLY what has been damaged and what has no evidence (valves/pistons) of damage. You are within your rights to ask for this and to ask for an independent (your cost) evaluation of the damage. This will keep them honest. Play the game with them they are playing it with you.
Be polite - be firm - stand by your rights and most importantly document everything. If someone from Suzuki says something to you send them a letter confirming the discussion.
