Sorry to hear that mate.
There has been tons of discussion about this over the years and a couple of guys got caught earlier this year also.
If you read down through the threads you will find all the talk.
The hydraulic tensioner is a great fix and no more problems that I am aware of.
It is the damage that could have occurred that is the main concern.
Some guys still like a manual tensioner but.
