The cams, shims, valves and valve seats on the Busa's are some of the best wearing that I've personally seen. Honestly, leave then till you're over 70,000k's. Anyone that say's that they have to be checked is just trying to get your money.
The only reason to check them now would be if the bike is still under warranty. If something goes wrong in the top end (or really anywhere in the engine for that matter), suzuki have a reason to decling repair coverage.
