need help bloody rgv

ive bought an 90 vj22 rgv for a track bike because im to scared that ill through the busa down the track i was pushing it last time .ive changed spark plugs cleaned out hole fuel system cleaned reed valves checked for air leaks . new fluids right through out including petrol . it starts first kick you can rev it but get on it no power it will take u up the road but no power please help

Now your making me think from memory (not the best these days) but I think they used the same cdi as the PE250/400 series I used to have the PE400 for a bit of blasting round the bush. And that developed the same similar problem replaced the CDI and away it went.

Try these blokes might be more of a help.
