this is usually regarded as the strongest human ever to have lived. nothing simpler than lifting a simple weight over your head. the 48kg olympic class can lift more than ronnie coleman and other 360lb body builders and co. so, who can lift a busa and a bag of cement above their heads this fast LOL?
Pisarenko is considered skinny at 120 -128kg in the super heavies where some weigh in at 180kg. This is core strength. his claim of 280 and a 500 total in training is totally believable by most experts. he was robbed by the 1984 olympic boycotte and left in limbo, and stripped of his recoreds due to drug allegations, which all lifters were on anyway.
