Fully aware of this, about 6 months in a year I am in my lean food period so all I have is lot of meat and shakes - current period is my bulk up period hence loading on lots of carbs.
I have gone from 120 KG 42% BMI to 81 Kg and 14% BMI then slowly added weight with a on and off process - I would add 10 KG and shed 5 to 6 Kg - currently I am on 106 (about 3 months back I was 96 KG at 14% BMI and was lean).
Problem is that I had no help from anyone in terms of what and how to eat.
Even in my lean period I carry lot of fluid in my body (i could reach up to 4 pack) and i don't have definitions.
So the next 54 weeks is all about planning, dieting and working out.
I need definitions, almost like a body builder....
hence I need help.
