I just bought the GoPro HD Hero, which measures 42mm x 60mm x 30mm and weighs 167g including the waterproof (to 60 metres!) housing.
I wear it on my helmet, but it can also be attached to your tank/fairing/worn on your chest, etc.
It records in 720p, 960p and 1080p. It will hold any size SD card, up to 32GB. (I use a 16GB SDHC card, which records around four hours of HD film. The picture quality is amazing!

Not bad! I am impressed, these seem a great little unit for the money. chuck in the fact that they sound virtually indestructable and they seem perfect for bike videos.
