Only a couple of parts from a 01 or later is needed , go to your dealer and order the parts in a later clutch that are not common to the earlier , there will be 1 fibre plate 1 very thin diaphram spring and 1 seat for this spring ,
the seat first then spring goes to the very back of the spring pack and the replacement fibre plate goes around the outside of them, then the usual steel-fibre-steel till you have a complete clutch pack and the worst looking thin fibre of the set to hang on the wall as spare , sometimes a heavier set of clutch springs can improve the feel even more at a small cost to comfort
