bloody hell - clutch shudder

yeah g'day,
so new bike has arrived, and guess what, when going from 0 to 5kph, it shudders like no body's business, even got the chain bashing up and down I think FARK: pi_freak:
OK - I know, my fault, I trusted someone's word and he omitted to mention the fact that the clutch was farked, but here I am - one Busa with an a shudder that'd make Steady Eddy look like your average Joe.
Any ideas team? I am hesitant to take to Mr Suzuki, as I know it'll cost plenty!
Apart from that, the bike is in good shape - someone has over torqued the duck tail and cracked the rear fairing, seat has a small tear and LH front indicator is cracked - but that is about it.
Anyway - any tips would be appreciated (never pulled a clutch apart before).

Some member close bye should be able to help you its not that hard, Mr Suzuki $300 for parts after market e bay $200 ish when you do it put apart put a later model one in it heaps better it has a slipper ring in it, put in a 2002 or newer one in it
