What does your Mechanic say? Best to go by his recommendations as he knows your setup. We are a taking a stab in the dark what would be the best path.
As for 350HP maybe a Turbo Setup but not Nitrous. Anything over 50-60HP is going to need a controller to bring the HP in gradually so your not hammering Rod bearings as Maj and Grunt stated.
I would probably be looking at Rods, decent Springs and dial in the cams as already been suggested. You may gain by the other modes but not enough to justify them in my mind. Theres other areas to work on to keep the system safe, well as safe as Nitrous can be. Only takes the fuel solenoid to clog and you can kiss your motor goodbye.
