Ram Air Mesh

Hi All,

I currently need to get my hands on replacement fairing mesh for the ram air intakes. (Gen 1 - 99model)
I have tried some of the stuff from the popular car stores however the guage of the material will not form the same and is a poor fit.

I would be happy with a set of pre-formed ones but will be happy with a sheet of the right stuff and I will do the rest.
This seemed and easy fix at the time but is now proving to be a pain.

Any direction to resolve this will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

We noticed the difference (Busdriver and I) when we were putting the black painted bodywork on.
Have you considered ordering the parts from the factory? Surely they (Suzuki) will have the correct gauge material.

Failing that I'll have a look after I get home from the hospital and have a look at it for you next week. Good therapy perhaps

Tried the OEM and they said no way, also tried a couple of wreckers and they said buy a nose cone fairing and we will supply them fitted to that.
Have a possibility of ordering a 3m x 1.5m panel but it is worth a bob or two, still not sure if it will be the correct spec.
Any help will do ?

Home from hospital yesterday thank God! lol

I have a spare nose cone up in the ceiling. I'll drag it down and have a look tomorrow bloke.
