I have been, in the past pulled over or fined for going 1kph over the limit! (for example) and I was so surprised that all I could do was say yes to everything and took it on the chin. Afterwards, I got to thinking thinking that perhaps THEY were WRONG! There must be situations such as not operating a radar on a downhill slope, or have it situated at a corner behind bushes and so on. This will be very interesting even if these rules are Prominently Displayed for all to see, then the Police then KNOW that we, the Public KNOW (and also that they know we know!). What about the ACCURACY/RELIABILITY of the handheld radars?
Anyone out there with some legal-police experience?
If so, please ILLUMINATE us!
