Although i don't know anything about hosting a web site/forum i'd just like to add something that i was thinking could be part of a problem with cpu over-usage, a similar scenario was experienced on another forum i frequent (ridingSA) and it was due to people not deleting/purging their trash can in PM's and having tons of old messages undeleted.... i could be just pissing into the wind here but it was just a thought.
