Crumpy .................. just a good guesser Lol3 As per Bear and Ruffy's post would now look at fuel lines. There is even a diagram on the board somewhere from a previous post that shows correct orientating of the hose's as even when new they still must be fitted correctly. If you can get a fuel pressure gauge on would be also good ?

Crumpy just read your post again .................. the lines can kink even with the spring around them. The way the fuel hose lays across the top of the gear box can even cause surging whilst riding if not positioned correctly. Cheers
