Loophole in wheelie law?

not accusing you at all I am stating that I have been there a few times and it seems that there are a ton of riders who go up there for coffee and chat (speshlee italian bikes) plus I know a few and work with a couple, have followed a lot up there and when I come back ther a few hours later they are still there, bikes havnt moved - just my personal observation but it seems the "place to be seen" and teh guys I ride with are like me and avoid teh place as well for the saem reasons. Hey stop where ever you want, I dont care - this forun is free speach isnt it even for other idiots who make stupid statements all teh time - I jsut felt like being a prick and making a stupid statement
