Loophole in wheelie law?

I got done doing a wheelie a few years ago on my Blade - 5:45AM, Rouse Hill, no traffic - taking off from lights so still under speed limit - ching ching thanks for coming mate and I will have your license for a little whiel too - dont believe any stories from Road Warriors bullshit cafe I say - once in a while someone may actually jag a lucky one (I once got let off doing 205kph) but basically coppers will always win most of the time.

And why do so many riders ride up the freeway to RW, crap on for 2 hours and ride back - thats not riding thats wanking - dont worry you wont see me there cos I will be riding past actually enjoying my bike not looking at it :)
