Yeah Pete, That's sort of what I was talking about in the first post.
Having the info 'submitted' to the Admins by the author in a fashion suitable for posting & then for the Admins to post it into the locked "Projects" or "How to" area.
The info would need to be received in such a way that there was no formatting etc required, to minimise the amount of work required for the Admins.
