Engine rattle/tapping on startup

05s are OK from what I understand. Early ones were upgraded to same spec as yours.
Oil pressure used to push tensioner out as chain wears and every so often there's a mechanical latch that takes up part of the movement.
So if it's due to take up another notch, they tend to be a bit rattly.
Revving it to 2k while cold might just be the key to triggering a notch. Oil cold, therefore pressures higher.
