actually mate they dont. I found that the closer I got to the body the more it hurt to get done. the one I had at the base (prince charles straight through side to side) wans f*&^ing painfull but the other 2 were pretty much painless, but I did do the one at the base myself so that might have something to do with it. then theres the scrote piercings which I dont consider genital peicings since they only go through skin, got a couple of those Pi_thumbsup
