WoW....that's some pack job there, storm!!!! Scary Very Happy Scary

But be very careful with those soft-panniers, mate! A bit too much weight in them, hit a few [inevitable] bumps along the way.....and your looking at scuffed paint at very best.....and possible cracks to your tail piece in a worse case!! (also wondering if they got burnt?!?)

Gee Storm I'll have to show this post to some of my mates as they reckon I'm the Mobile Targe when I travel over east on the Bike..

Last Trip and bare in mine I was away for 3 mths did 30,000 Ks on some of the best roads on the east coast from WA to Queensland and then down the East Coast to catch up with another 7 guys from WA at Phillip Island in 97 then followed the coast back around to Sth Aus up to the Barossa Valley of Course and then back Home. One hell of a trip which me a my mate did and loved every minute of it.

Tent.
Sleeping bag with Blow Up Mattress and Pump.
Stool
BBQ Plate
Gas Burner
Gas Light (The Gas Burner & Light are the compact ones that hikers etc Carry)
Puncher repair Gear
Speed Tape
Maglite
Spare Fuses bulbs etc never know what you need on the Nullabor
Clothes - Jeans, Sneakers, Thongs for the feet, underware, sock, T Shirts, Shorts, Towel you get the idea).
Both Types of Riding Gear (Leather and Wet Weather Gear)
Gearsack Bag & Panniers.
Tank Bag with all the Maps and Cameras etc.

And Must Admit the bike handled suprisingly well next, I'll have to find a photo I'm sure I've got a photo somewhere.

Looks like you had some fun..

Storm your a bloody feather weight mate you could 3 adults on there at that weight Lol3

It's quite suprising what you can carry on a bike and even after all this time the guys that went with me a couple of times still rag on me Lol3..

The Barbie Plate was easy as it sat nicely between the saddle bags and the gearsack bag on the rear seat.

Guys, I mighty impressed on how you all pack it in. Clap I am like Wardy - wallet and some must have stuff (socks, undies and toiletries) that fit into a very samall backpack. But then again I do not do thousands of kays on the bike...Biker

Ps. Looks like the original cans are very supportive of the luggage. I knew there must be a reason for their size Pi_thumbsup
