Bill this is the best advice yet takes time use the kick board to get you started. There is no slacking in the pool if you don't keep moving you sink. The other point is you have to make exercise a life style comes first before anything else. This way there are no excuses for not doing it. Also good to have some one else to exercise with or compete against. In the end money Hayabusa's are not must use unless you are healthy and around long enough to use.
If you don't want to swim then walk increasing pace and distance. Don't over do it injuries ultimately cause you to lose fitness and become discouraged. When you think there is nothing left there is always something more.



I used to be exactly the same way. Take it REAL slow to start with in a 25m pool and only do breaststroke. Don't be in a hurry and don't panic. Go as slow as POSSIBLE! If you can do that for 4 laps, that's 100m and you are on your way. Always REST at the end of each lap to catch your breath, cos we are not trying to be professionals here.
Before you know it, you'll be doing 500m to 1000m.
Oh, throe in a kickboard and fins in-between those and you're laughing!

g'day bill u need to have low carbs hight protien around 60%protien 30% carbs 10% fat when your cutting up u need to stay away from rice-white bread-spuds-chips-ect-ect u need to eat more protien like egg whites-tuna-turky-kangaroo meat is 100% protien chicken breast.u need to pyramid build forget about bulking up at your weight u will never make your dead-line i hope this helped a little thanks chris.ps i did own my own gym for 4 years and have personal trained for 8 Very Happy

Thank you for the information, for past 5 weeks I am only on protien bars and one evening meal.

I have lost good amount of fat, here is a issue - I still have fat around my belly.
Like a mountain bike tire Lol2 around my belly. Need to loose it..need help with it.

g'day bill sorry didnt get back to u been moveing house. ad high reps in with your work-outs if u can get to a steam sauna this will help.u need to speed up your metabolism this will burn fat. u carnt rejuce fat just from your love handles it burns it from every were.if u walk on a tread-mill u need to get your hart rate up around 128 before u burn any fat at all.6 small meals a day with the right food will fasting up your metabolism.u need to burn your white cells there your fat cells high cardio will help this. just a little tip u need to get of them bars and eat better them bars are no good just like them Pi_thumbsdownmuscle powders out there ????.good luck mate let me know how your going in a few weeks thanks chris.Very Happy

Thanks a ton again for the advice, I have already changed my program as per your recommendation, cannot move from Bars as I am constantly traveling hence cannot have meals.

Will update you in few weeks, also let me know your take on protien powders etc.

hay bill protien powders are mainly to bulk up there full of carbs.if u must have one i would go for a whey protien mix it with water not milk.go to a good health store grab some L-carnitine this stuff will help u lose that tyre get some BCCAA these will help u recover from your work-outs train-hard talk soon.
