Finally it lives, one K8 1441,
After a re-think on cam sizing (bigger is always better) and a lot more head work to compensate its together. Starts easy, idles great and sounds tough. It runs great too, smooth as a stocker. I'll put a few more ks on it before it gets a final tune, only taken to 5000 rpm (its not mine otherwise it would be straight to 12500rpm) and you can just feel that torque!! On board o2 shows 12-13 :1 so hopefully further tuning should be minimal. Bruce should be happy! Leonard.

Well done Leonard.
Can't wait to see this one in action.

I would not have kept changing the build spec if you didnt keep suggesting new parts that would make even more power, you know I cant help myself. I have only heard the bike run over the phone and it sounds mean, the awesome thing is that they must have changed the starting system for the gen 2 as even with stupid high compression she still starts fine on the stock 12volt setup. This thing should rock cant wait till I get back home to rider her. Oh yeah Heidi why stop at 12500rpm, thats not even close to redline now with all the new custom bits.

A CHALLENGE!! HUZZAH!! I LOVE A CHALLENGE!!
Ok Leonard, I can be there in 2 1/2hrs, it will take Bruce about six to catch us, depending on what flight he can get. Warm her up buddy, we're going red line.

I think that Bruce should call this baby "BUZZ"
It will go "To REDLINE & BEYOND!"

I just flew back to Sydney for the day, was supposed to land at 6am this morning but in normal Qantas fashon one of the flights was cancelled and spent the night in Perth. Finally got home at 2pm - sucks when I fly out again at 6am tomorrow.
Didnt get to see the bike but did make it home to take pics of my son dressed to the nines for his year 10 formal. I should be back about the 5th of December, pick the bike up and head to Pete's for tuning soon after.
Hey Bruce, You know how it goes.....Hell while its apart we may as well go nuts!!!
Heidi, No problems get up here and give it a whirl, but I warn you it may be addictive, and you might find yourself looking up performance parts for your Busa.. "BUZZ" sounds good Ray, should be a Buzz to ride as well!! Leonard.

Shane
