You have them Mutha? Mine are still in the box because I'm worried that my girl hands wont get around them because they are too thick (shut up you mob). I've tried them on Max's bike and I found them a bit uncomfortable. Did you notice a difference when you first put them on? Do you have any problem with your grip?

Found them to be very comfortable, prolly a tad thicker than the original grips, no problems with gripping.
It's all good Heidi, I reckon give them a go!

People who have them swear by them. I bought them, I just haven't bothered fitting them. Bit of a waste sitting in the shed. Thanks for the feedback, I'll give them ago.

Hi,

I tried the heated grips and they don't warm the top of your hand. That's why I bought the heated glove so I could have my whole hand warm not the inner part of my hands. One thing I cannot do grip the grips as you guy's do because with my arthritis in my fingers will after a while start the pain. With the glove I don't seem to have much pain at all.

OK! Sounds GREAT! I could have used the damn things this morning! It will be interesting to see how they affect my grip.

Hey Mutha, you were right! They DO fit girl hands!

Les and Max fitted mine for me last night, and they ROCK! Going home, I was revving the hell out of the bike, and going considerably quicker than I thought I should. I was doing high rev changes, not really feeling that gung-ho, but riding like a lunatic. This morning Les rang and said he'd forgotten to tell me that with the diameter change, you are giving it more throttle than you expect! WHOO HOO! that explains the startled looks on the speed camera operators I shot past last night.

Thanks to Les and max who once again did a STIRLING job! I turned them on for the first time this morning and they were lovely!

Bloody Hell!! It's cold enough in the mornings up here, it must be unbareable down there. You'd need heated grips just to stop your hands freezing to the bike. Pi_tongue

Heidi/Les/Max, did you connect them to Ignition or Battery? I wasn't sure if the ignition fuse can handle the extra few amps from the grips without being upsized? If you can share any other info on making the job easier would be appreciated. I'm getting convinced that they are the way to go.

Lol3 The performance enhancing benifits that Heidi has experienced make them more appealing too!Roll
