Idle on the side stand or upright ,

Upright, bring the revs up still get some smoke, but big rev no smoke.

Check that the crankcase vent filter is pointing towards the camchain tensioner, if it is pointed rearward it could be slightly pinched under the tank, creating some pressure inside the crankcase. Also what weight of synthetic are you running? We typically use a 20w50 mineral oil, not synthetic.
