If you have a ball bearing turbo it doesn't have seals as such, sounds like your turbo is too low or you need to look at the oil outlet side of the turbo.
What setup do you have regarding the turbo and oiling?

I think its a RCC with t3 turbo ,
how much oil are you running in the engine ?
What have you done with the engine breather
where have you put the drain in the sump ?

RE: oil for turbo engine.. - Darwin busa 01 - 17-05-2008

Running a stage 1 RCC i think it is a GT 28 oil line as per kit but have a 2" sump [ not stock sump ] have fitted return hose as high as i can on the L/H/S of sump. oil level as per sight glass on clutch cover.
engine breather as per kit small filter.

Using a race stand ??
You sure its a gt? i had to specalty order a gt flange from Richard, most kits are t3 based

Upright, bring the revs up still get some smoke, but big rev no smoke.
