Well, I found a place in Melbourne that will redo the nitride coating. $600 minimum, possibly up to $1000. Two weeks to do the coating.
My suspension guy is going to give the fork tube a bit of a polish to clean it up and put all new seals in.
Over the next 12 months I'm going to work on getting two new fork inner tubes from the US and get them fitted during a fork service down the track.
